TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for two persons unless otherwise confirmed.

Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, movies, parking, or gratuities other guest services and incidentals.

$65 one time cleaning fee

Check in time from 3:00 PM and the check out time 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged

Smoking in hotel is not allowed.

These are privately owned condos, therefore there is no daily maid service. However there are two laundraumats in the hotel. Optional maid service is available at an additional charge.

Rooms are stocked with towels.

All payments are made securely thru PayPal.com (an e-bay company) Cash is also accepted.

Room Rates do not include 4.72% Hawaii State General Excise Tax (GET) and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT).

Tenants & Guests agree to be responsible for the care of the units to and agree to pay for missing or damaged items upon demand.

Room is to be left in the same condition as it was received with the exception of soiled linens.

Tenants and guests of tenants agree to adhere to “HOUSE RULES” of the Hotel.

This is a Privately owned Condo. By dealing with the owner directly you are saving on the regular hote rate of $169 per night and up.
